WHO WE ARE
BAI Design International (BAIDI) is a RIBA Chartered Practice founded in London in 2009. Our design philosophy consists of two parts: Cultural narrative + Technology in symbiosis with nature. We are concerned about the sustainability of modern civilization and urban development, and committed to improve local and regional culture vitality through creativity.
英国杰典国际建筑BAI Design International，简称BAIDI，于2009年成立于英国伦敦，是一家具有英国皇家建筑协会特许资质的建筑事务所。我们的核心设计理念由两部分构成：文化叙事+与自然共生的技术。我们关注人类文明和城市的可持续发展，希望通过创意设计延续并激活地域文脉和文化活力。
Our architectural practice focuses on Transit Oriented Development (TOD), Healthcare and Pension Real Estate, Urban Planning, Culture Expo, Hotel & Resort, Commercial Complex and Large-scale planning. The design projects have won a number of world-class awards, such as Best Tall Building in Asia/Australasia, Architecture Masterprize, RIBA Awards, WAF Awards, WAN Awards, ICONIC Awards, Outstanding Property Award London, TITAN Property Awards, IDA Design Awards, MUSE Design Awards and etc.
Recent representative works include: Midea Heyou International Hospital, Sanxingdui Archaeological Museum, TOD Design of Beijing Lize CBD, Beijing S1 Line Maglev Rail Station, The great wall hotel, Beijing+ Liangma Urban Renewal Project, CCRC Retirement Community Young’An Hotel Renovation, Beijing Holiday Inn Renovation, Grenada Hartman University Town and Resort, Caribbean Atlantis Hotel and Panama Banyan Tree Hotel.
WHAT WE DO
我们的建筑实践专注于：TOD轨道交通一体化设计、医养大健康、城市更新、文化博览、文旅度假、复杂城市综合体及大型规划。设计项目先后获得超高层建筑亚太区最佳建筑奖、美国Masterprize建筑大师奖、RIBA英国皇家建筑协会建筑奖、WAF世界建筑奖、WAN世界建筑新闻奖、德国ICONIC标志性建筑奖、伦敦杰出地产大奖、美国TITAN建筑奖、IDA国际设计奖、美国MUSE缪斯设计奖等多个世界级奖项。
近期代表作品有：美的和祐国际医院、三星堆考古遗址博物馆、北京丽泽CBD 核心区TOD一体化设计、北京S1号线磁悬浮车站、北京长城饭店+亮马城市更新项目（长亮燕莎商圈）、北京使馆区永安宾馆城市更新改造（医养）、北京阜成门金都假日酒店城市更新改造（医养商业综合体）、格林纳达哈特曼大学城和文旅小镇等、加勒比海亚特兰蒂斯酒店、巴拿马悦榕庄酒店。
THE TEAM
BAIDI is composed of an international design team, including charted architects of the Royal Institute of British Architects, China first-class registered architects and overseas senior architects. The founders and principal architects have worked for many years in renowned architectural firms such as Foster+Partners and Wilkinson Eyre Architects, with a track record of world-class landmark architectures and planning projects.
杰典国际由国际化的设计团队组成，包括英国皇家注册建筑师、国内一级注册建筑师和海外资深建筑师。创始人及主创建筑师曾任职于英国福斯特及合伙人Foster+Partners 和英国威尔金森艾尔Wilkinson Eyre Architects等知名建筑事务所，具备诸多世界地标级建筑和规划设计业绩。
