BAID has won an international competition to design for Beijing Fuchengmen Holiday Inn Renovation. The historical hotel will be renewed to a mixed-use development combines retail, restaurant, training, children’s playground, medical clinic, healthcare center, and Senior-Care home, located in the central Beijing.
杰典国际团队在北京阜成门金都假日酒店改造的设计投标中胜出。本项目位于北京西二环沿路临近阜外医院，作为北京核心区重点的城市更新项目，将从原有的酒店功能改建为集合商业和介护型养老居住于一体小型城市综合体。

On the date of 23rd Sep 2019, the technical judge panel, led by Prof Wang Jianguo, along with other seven international experts, nominated, “Mountain Cloud & River Pearl, Great Bay Origin”, a scheme submitted by BAID and GTUDI (LDI) JV, win the preferred scheme, for the Nansha International Finance Forum (IFF) Permanent Conference Site International competition, from 54 strong entries worldwide.
